We are unable to change or cancel an order once placed. If you no longer require the order, please return it back to us for a refund. However, if the items ordered are on a delay, then you cancel these online using the following steps:
- Log in to ‘My Account’ using your email address and password.
- Select the ‘Order Tracking’ option from the menu on the left-hand side. Here you can view any items on delay.
- Select the ‘Reserved Items’ option.
- Select the ‘Cancel’ button next to the item you wish to cancel.
